Please inspect your order carefully. We will promptly ship replacements if any of your prints are damaged or defective. Please call to receive return authorization or if you have any problems with your order. For original art work: I would suggest that you refuse delivery if there is obvious damage to your shipping package which would lead you to believe the contents to be damaged.
